African Rapper Asem Releases Music Video For Hit Single “Yo-Yo”

Buzzing Ghanaian rapper Asem is excited to present the brand new music video to his catchy hit single “Yo-Yo”. Directed by Rob Coin, the clip was shot in Manhattan, New York around the Rockefeller Center and Pier 25 in the Hudson River Park. The music video will be released on MTV and BET.

“It was a lot of fun working on the video for my single ‘Yo-Yo’! I know my fans and viewers will enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed the shoot,” explained Asem.

“My single ‘Yo-Yo’ was created for the urban dance lovers! It’s a feel good happy jam that will take music and dance fans on a high upbeat ride with a catchy hook,” Asem added.

The Ghanaian rapper is already a well-known name in the African music industry. So far, Asem has shared the stage with Hip-Hop heavyweights such as Rick Ross, Omarion, Fat Joe, Ja Rule, just to name a few. Besides his music career, Asem pushes forward a variety of humanitarian projects in Africa through his Asem Foundation and several local and international non-government organizations.
