“Lean on me, when you’re not strong. I’ll be your friend, I’ll help you carry on”……..and that’s what Dr. Zanetor has done. She has become a pillar on which the aged/old have leaned on.
Often times, the pain which accompanies aging becomes unbearable. These old people sometimes become the prey of “wild pastors” who refer to them as witches/wizards hence depriving them of the sort of love and warmth their children are supposed to show to them.
Some are also “dumped” in homes and treated as though their lives didn’t matter anymore. Sad, eh?
Well, Dr. Zanetor has touched their lives as she organized a programme for them in order that at least, these old ones beam with smiles.
In a Facebook post, The MP for Klottey Korley, Dr. Zanetor also eulogised the aged by highlighting the good seeds they have sown. She wrote:
