Yes! The reign of another ponzi scheme has ended and yet again 1000s of Ghanaians have fallen victim due to their own greed.
Boostpal is no more and if you still believe they are just undergoing a minor upgrade to return bigger and better, then perhaps your faith must be bigger than the biblical mustard seed which is enough to cause a tree to uproot and plant itself into the sea.
It’s a sad reality but at the moment all hope is lost.
What is boostpal?
Boostpal is a Paid-Video-Impression (PVI) platform that allows buyers of digital advertising inventory to manage multiple ad exchange and data exchange accounts through one interface & on a Pay-Per-Impression Model. Basically they pay you to watch videos on their platform.
Where is boostpal Now?
Checks on their website shows that they have been down since yesterday, with a downtime lasting for approximately 1 day 15 hours.
At the time of writing this article, the website was still down with no official communique or whatsoever being made to the people involved.
However, it appears that a cloned version of the site called viewdime has popped up online claiming to be genuine.
Is Viewdime.com genuine or fake?
Seriously, viewdime is just the twin of boostpal with same agenda to scam 1000s of unsuspecting people again. Someone may ask why will viewdime launch knowing very well that boostpal has been discovered to be a scam. Well it is simple logic, some old boostpal members in an attempt to recover some or all of their monies lost will choose to register to this platform. And indeed some may be successful in their attempt, others may be a second fool.
Of course, the website itself boasts that it currently has 14,637 members, which obviously is made up to deceive new members to join.
Why did Boostpal Leave?
These systems mostly pay old members by using funds obtained from newer members. It’s just a system of recycling of funds and as the system becomes bigger, payment issues arises. And of course, their so-called Paid-Video-Impression (PVI) is just the cover up.
I mean which advertiser will pay $0.40 for a 30 sec view on their videos when Youtube, the largest video database in the world charges on the average $0.04 per 30 sec view. Do advertisers trust boostpal more than Youtube? Certainly not.
Final Words.
It even appears that viewdime.com website was made in a haste from the script bought or cloned from boostpal. They do not have any social media pages, and there are a lot of error pages and red flags on their website.
It’s possible they’re the same people behind the two websites or boostpal have simply sold off the script to this new website.
My only advice is that you stay off this new website if you don’t want to waste your time and money again. But if you have some extra money you don’t mind risking then of course you can go ahead and try them. At least now, you can play smart too knowing what is ahead in the future.
It’s important to note however that not everyone was at a lost, a lot of people made huge sums of monies from boostpal.
