It’s not ‘normal’ to see a child with disability hitting the streets to sell sachet water as a means of survival. Mostly, such children with disability are seen begging for alms……..however, to every norm, there’s an exception.
More so, considering the advent of the corona virus, it even makes this gentleman’s case more surprising.
Yesterday, images of a child with disability who wouldn’t be limited by his lack of adequate means of mobility went viral as he went through thick and thin to sell sachets water.
The power of social media was put to the test and once again, social media proved to be a highly powerful tool.
The child with disability was seen selling sachets water on the streets of Abakiliki in Ebonyi State, Nigeria and was given assistance by some kind-hearted Nigerians who chose to empathize with him.
