Singer Sista Afia has revealed that her fear of getting diabetes someday informed the decision to lose weight.
According to the “slay queen’ crooner, the diabetic condition is very prevalent in her family and therefore she needed to act fast and get rid of the excessive weight in order to live longer.
‘Honestly, we have a history of diabetic ‘condition’ in my family and I want to see my grandkids so, it was all in the favour of my health,’ she told Joy News’ Becky Tweneboah.
Sista Afia was in the news earlier for her sexually suggestive performance at the Ghana Meets Naija concert where she mounted the stage in an all-white apparel showing flesh and twerked her heart out on a fan.
