Swansea City in form striker Bafetimbi Gomis has hailed the impact of Andre Ayew, after the Ghanaian international banged two goals in his first two Premier League games for his new club
The 30years old french striker speaking to the club’s official website quoted :
“I know what a good player he (Ayew) is, particularly in front of goal,”
“He showed what a quality player he was in France and he’s showing that quality here in Swansea.
“It’s important for us to have good goal scorers like Andre. With him, Gylfi (Sigurdsson), Jonjo (Shelvey) and others who can score, there are lots of goals in the side.”
The Welsh side travel to the Stadium of Light to face Sunderland in their third fixture of the season on Saturday as they hope to continue their fine start of the season.
