Musician Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as A Plus has disclosed that he campaigned for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who are now in power because he was jobless and also in support of their policies.
Speaking on Joy FM’s cosmopolitan mix with Amanda Jissih, the controversial politician disclosed
“I did campaign for President Nana Addo and the NPP because I was in support with his policies and moreover I was jobless and he did promise to give those who are jobless job”
A Plus was among the tall list of celebrities who spearheaded the campaign for the New Patriotic Party during the 2016 general elections.
The controversial social media commentator recently got married to his longtime girlfriend, Akosua Vee in a white wedding in Accra. The couple had their traditional wedding earlier this year.
