In a world where the role of women is often reduced to being in the kitchen only, the presence of ‘feminists’ becomes pronounced. And Nigerian actor, Yul Edochie, who’s no feminist has leapt to the defence of women, citing that their invaluable pieces of advice can go a long way to making a man much more successful.
It’s no fluke, you know. It’s widely accepted that women are gifted with intuition – a priceless gift which makes them sense danger. And Yul has suggested that men put that gift of intuition to work by involving their wives in their businesses, contrary to what many people believe in.
Via a tweet, the superstar actor advised that women should be viewed as partners and not as a weaker species who need to be controlled.
He further admonished husbands to involve their wives in their businesses, only if the woman’s a good one!
Below is what he wrote:
“The man is the head of the home. That’s certain. But women should be seen as partners not people that must be controlled.
If you have a good woman, involve her in ur business, seek her opinion on different issues, believe me you’ll be amazed at your progress. Women get power oo!”
There’s a woman behind every successful man, isn’t it?
