On November 4th 2017, itel, Ghana’s most affordable and durable phone brand celebrated a decade in the smartphone industry.
The colorful event which took place at the Tang Palace hotel in Accra also saw the unveiling of two of their latest cutting-edge mobile devices- itel S12 and S32.
The phones which is the first of its kind is not only affordable but also comes with a dual selfie camera for capturing those memories either as a group or as solo.
itel on the evening also appreciated their deserving customers by rewarding 12 of them with their latest phones — with 2 walking home with smart screen Televisions.
The evening was crowned with an all-you-can eat buffet comprising of different varieties of food and fruits, with assorted drinks.
Of course anyone who attended the event went home with an itel product.

The itel team here in Ghana have identified, organized and implemented different programs to spread the itel’s power of change to the community. This year, itel mobile Ghana visited the Generation of Hope School for the underprivileged in Dodowa. A free school where they receive care and education. During the Easter holiday in April 2017, joined by itel mobile Ghanaian ambassador, the team planned and surprised the children with school materials and other basic needs. It was a fun filled day and the team shared school bags and danced together with the children. They have also supported blood donations in Kumasi and also capacity building workshops for young people in Universities. In Ghana alone we have reached and impacted the lives of more than 10,000 people with our CRS and Power of Change Campaign. We will continue to support the local community because it is through their support that we have made it this far.
New Products
Judging by the itel mobile trajectory, it is hard not to be excitement for what the brand intend to achieve in the future. This can be seen today with launch of two new models S32 and S12; a clear upgrade on previous products. The two new models both come with Quality Dual selfie cameras as well as sharp fingerprint.
