Kwasi Poku Addae, better known by the stage name Kwaisey Pee, is a Ghanaian highlife musician. He is mostly known for his Highlife genres coupled with a soothing voice and has about five albums to his credit. In 2007, he won the Best Male Vocal performance of the Ghana Music Awards.
Fast forward to 2020…….the name Kwaisey Pee has gone lost in Ghana’s music as though he has deliberately gone int hibernation.
However, Zionfelix caught up with Kwaisey Pee and during the interview, Pee had some words of advice for the young ones.
He said:“It isn’t easy… me, I have made so many mistakes. If you ain’t careful on how you manage your finances judiciously from the beginning, you will mess up.”
“I’ve also made mistakes… If I’d focused and kept my monies, I would’ve been compared to one of the richest musicians in the country. I might have been counted as one of the richest musicians in the country, ” the Highlife musician further revealed.
Well, at the mistake of others, the wise learn! So youth of today, let’s learn from Kwaisey Pee’s experience and prepare adequately for the future.
