Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Verbally Abused By Arsenal Fans Following Stalemate With Crystal Palace

Some Arsenal fans who have lost patience with their side following the club’s 2-2 draw with Arsenal have devised a strategy to contain their anger – verbal abuse of their players.

In the game against Crystal Palace, the Gunners raced in to a 2-0 lead after just 10 minutes, with David Luiz and Sokratis both on the scoresheet – giving rise to the hope of a magnificent display from the Gunners.

However, despite the dominant start to the game, the Gunners capitulated in the second half and eventually drew 2-2.

Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang who’s certainly not one of the underperforming Arsenal players has however being abused verbally.

What’s striking is that Aubameyang’s already scored eight goals in 11 games. He’s been the best player at the club and without him Arsenal would be in a lot worse position.

However, his good work this season has not been fully appreciated by Arsenal fans.

That’s because a video has emerged which appears to show him being verbally abused while he was waiting at traffic lights in his Lamborghini following the Crystal Palace game.

One man walks past and calls him an ‘Arsenal w*****’.

He’s also told to ‘f*** off’ and called a ‘tosser’ as he drives away.

Aubameyang isn’t the only Arsenal player who has suffered verbal abuse at the hands of his own supporters.

Granit Xhaka, the club captain, was also booed off the pitch by his club’s fans following his substitution on Sunday.
