BREAKING: Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy Finally Make Peace

Rival dancehall artistes, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale, have finally settled the supposed beef between them.

The two have been at each others throat in the music industry for years — a beef which cost them their awards at the recently held Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

However, today the two were captured seated together in a bid to settled their differences.

Shatta Wale who made the post on his social media pages captioned it

Unity is strength Love is the key to many doors Brotherhood is Loyalty Peace is Freedom .. My brother and I got a great vision for Ghana music and we taking it to the world ..

Stonebwoy also made a post with the caption

Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale brought the VGMAs to a halt when they had an altercation on stage.

They have since been in the news with the two facing sanctions from both the Ghana Police and the VGMA board.

 

Some fans of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are “Nkurasifuo” – Lydia Forson

Actress Lydia Forson did not mince words when she called some followers of Ghana’s biggest Dancehall acts, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale as “nkrasifuo” meaning “villagers”.

The actress through a series of tweets has been chastising the artistes, the organizers and followers for the unfortunate incident that happened on the eve of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

She quizzed whether these fans who all so aggressive with the rivalry between the musicians have royalties in their careers.

Lydia Forson who shared her opinion on the supposed “beef” between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy mentioned that ” To the fans. Some of you y3 nkrasifu) paaaa. The music no, you get royalties for inside? You people for shun dey fool. Some of you take this rivalry thing too far aden? You do ah, now see as we all dey suffer”.
