Folks in Hollywood woke up this New Year to find out their iconic Hollywood sign has been altered to “HOLLYWEED”, apparently by a prankster.
The shocking yet hilarious move by the prankster is seen by many as a homage to the new California law making recreational marijuana legal.
Authorities say arresting the person who vandalized the Hollywood sign won’t be tough at all because there is a surveillance video.
