Veteran Actor, Emmanuel Armah Grants First Interview After Being Hit With Stroke, Asks His Fans To Pray For Him

Veteran Ghanaian actor, Emmanuel Armah has been hit with stroke.

Reports circulating have it that Armah, one of Ghana’s most respected and adored actors has been down with the disease for the past two years.

In a video wherein he was being interviewed, it was observed that the once energetic Armah was a shadow of his former self as he clearly struggled to speak.

He asked Ghanaians to remember him in prayers.

Two years ago, (February 19, 2017), Afrika Vision International Charity (AVIC) and friends on presented items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to ailing actor, Emmanuel Armah at his residence in Accra.

The items included a brand new wheel chair, footrest, cornflakes, oatmeal, cartons of mineral water and a cash amount of GH¢1,000 to aid his recovery after he was admitted at the 37 Military Hospital.
