CEO of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah has revealed in a post that they were in talks of signing now deceased dancehall artist Ebony onto Zylofon Music label.

According to him, they had a meeting last Tuesday and from the post it seems all was not well between Ebony and Rufftown Records, the label that nurtured the artist.

Earlier, there were rumours that Ebony was about to leave Ruff Town Records, owned by Bullet (of RuffNSmooth fame) and the post from the head of the media conglomerate sort of confirms it.

According to him, Ebony wanted Zylofon media to bail her out of her current management. Read the post below

“We had a fruitful meeting and reached an Agreement just last Tuesday. “Please help me pay him for my bail out. I want to be free”. I hope you’re free now & find absolute peace in the bosom of the almighty God. Let’s pay CRITICAL ATTENTION to our female artists.#RIPEbony” the Instagram post reads.
