Shatta Wale Becomes the 2nd most awarded Ghanaian Artiste

Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr popularly known as Shatta Wale is currently the 2nd most awarded Ghanaian artiste after celebrated rapper Sarkodie.

Shatta Wale takes the 2nd spot with a total of 71 awards, following closely to Sarkodie who leads with 80 awards (cited from wikipedia).

This great feat comes after he gloriously became the ultimate champion at the 2019 3 Music Awards — walking home with 8 Awards out of his 11 nominations.

This year, he received 8 nominations at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. Who knows, maybe the year will end with him becoming the most awarded musician in Ghana.
