The twist and turns circling NAM 1’s prosecution remains bewildering. In simplest terms, Menzgold’s customers were very happy that he came to Ghana – these aggrieved customers expected to received their locked up cash upon his arrival.
However, these customers seem to have been dealt a huge blow as NAM 1 is rather being prosecuted and they aren’t sure of what’s going to happen to their locked up cash.
Citinewsroom.com reported that Nana Appiah Mensah was still believed to be in police custody due to his inability to meet his bail requirements. The report also indicated that sources close to NAM 1 intimated that plans were far advanced to file for a review of his bail conditions.
EOnlineGH.com has sighted an application to the Accra Circuit Court by NAM 1’s lawyer, Kwame Boafo Akuffo ESQ in order that the bail conditions of his client be reviewed.
