Nigerian singer, songwriter, record producer and entrepreneur, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2 Baba (formerly, 2 Face Idibia) has named his favorite Ghanaian musicians.
2 Baba who arrived in Ghana ahead of African Legends Night (ALN) in an interview with Brownberry, on Weekend Rush on YFM, was asked to name his favourite Ghanaian artistes wherein he named four artistes.
According to the African Queen hitmaker, Reggie Rockstone and Samini have worked very hard for the music industry in Ghana and are therefore his best veteran musicians. He also added that Stonebwoy and Sarkodie are his favourite reigning artistes.
2baba asserted that Sarkodie and Stonebwoy keep churning out magnificent works to promote Ghana’s music on the international market.
“My top 4 Ghanaian musicians are Reggie Rockstone, Samini, those are from the old school but big ups to Sarkodie and Stonebwoy; those guys are really putting in the work a lot, and are pushing Ghana out there. Ghana, you guys have some big acts.” he disclosed.
