Ghanaian hiplife artiste Kontihene has explained why he can never collaborate with the “man insane” Kwaw Kesee. In an interview with Pulse TV, Kontihene made the revelation that he does songs with content contrary to what Kwaw Kesse does. He explained

“The kind of songs that I do, Kwaw Kesse will be a wrong artiste to be on them because I record songs with content, he does not”.

Kontihene also addressed rumours that suggested that there was bad blood between him and Kwaw by saying:

“it’s not that I have personal things against him but I don’t just invite any artiste to record with them.”

He continued that, “I’m still praying to see a content-filled song from Kwaw Kesse.”

Kontihene is known for songs like ‘Aketesia’, ‘Asesa’ amongst others.

According to him, the songs that are recorded by the younger generation don’t have good content. He went further to say that their goal is just to keep people dancing instead of inspiring.

“Recording evergreen songs take a lot of inspiration but try to do content-filled music that your kids can relate to,” he reiterated.
