The media was ripe with Don Bortey’s accusations hurled at John Paintsil. Don Bortey claimed that his career was sabotaged by Paintsil…..Paintsil has responded and it isn’t a response to be taken for granted.
According to Bortey, he was wrongly accused of stealing a watch during his stint in Israel in 2004. After that incident, Bortey’s playing career took a nosedive. He blamed Paintsil for wrongly accusing him.
During Atinka Sports Court, a show hosted by Saddick Adams, Painstil gave Don Bortey a three-day ultimatum to issue an apology or face dire consequences.
