There has been talk of a meeting between President Nana Addo, Asamoah Gyan and Andre Ayew to settle a perceived rivalry over the Black Stars’ captaincy.
The meeting is reportedly scheduled to take place today at 2pm, in the Flagstaff house.
However, Asamoah Gyan has rubbished the reportage and has even gone a step further to question the credibility of the media house indulging in such reportage.
You not Even credible anymore. Woaaa look? Smh

Asamoah Gyan was livid in his response to Ghanasoccernet.com and accused them of wanting to make money out of the ‘stupid and negative stories’ written about him.
Make stupid stories for money cos negative stories travel. I don’t blame you. Next unnecessary story again and you blocked cos you not credible and you at unprofessional. You will never learn

What we do not understand is why issues about the captaincy should resurface now since it is clear that the captain is Asamoah Gyan and the deputy being Andre Ayew.
What the national team needs is unity and it is therefore strange that media houses are rather caught in the center of publications which seek to disjoint the national team.
