Conducting an interview is an art. It requires that the interviewer demonstrates uncanny intelligence and the ability to ask worthwhile follow-up questions. Interviews can be viewed as boring and that’s dependent on the ability of the interviewer to keep the conversation going.
And probably Criss Waddle hasn’t been impressed with the interviews he has had thus far. He tweeted about a lack of creativity on the part of some Ghanaian interviewers and even decided against granting further interviews.
