Founder of Perez Chapel International, Bishop Charles Agyinasare, has advised that rather than stay at home in fear of the coronavirus, it is rather the time for believers to seek the face of God.
“This is not the time to sit in your house this is the time to call upon Him.”
During his sermon today, he referenced Psalm 91 which says “he that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress. My God, in Him I wil trust”.
And according to The Bishop, this was the perfect time to trust in the Lord.
He also chastised the media for promoting fear in their reportage, highlighting that there have been a lot more recoveries than death with respect to Covid-19.
He also urged all and sundry to heed to precautionary measures which have been outlined to help combat the virus.
“You will overcome. You won’t fail. Do not be afraid. When you sleep, sleep”, he said.
