Drake and Meek Mill’s feud might have not been a staged as we wished it could have been, but remains one of the most fascinating feud we have seen in a while. CBS Radio’s Play podcast Jahlil Beats, the one who produced Meek Mill’s “Wanna Know” track made a surprising comment on the situation saying he believed the feud is not over just yet.
“I don’t think it’s over,” Jahlil said. “I know Meek Mill. This is the first real beef in the social media age. Two top artists. Meek is coming off a number one album. Drake been accomplishing so much.”
I just thought sampling something like that would be a movie. It was like the entrance. It came from left field. I don’t think people would even imagine him coming back to a beat like that. I knew it would throw people off.”
