Ghanaian dancehall artist Kaakie has revealed that her fellow dancehall musicians have now resorted to dissing her for attention just like Shatta Wale did a few years back.
According the musician in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM in Accra revealed the intents of the other musicians are to get attention from the populace since Shatta Wale did it and had results.
“Everyone feels because Shatta Wale recorded a diss song for me after the VGMAs and had the attention, everyone wants to mention my name..”
After the release of her song “sankwas” which featured Guru, many felt it was a diss song geared towards fellow female dancehall musicians especially Mzvee.
Kaakie also revealed he’s in search of Shatta Wale for a project they promised to work on some time back.
