First Things People Check In The Morning According to Study

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, India LLP senior director Santosh Anoo, said “From our study, it is evident that smartphone usage has disrupted many common daily activities, and this is here to stay”

Instant messaging apps like Whatsapp and other social media networks are the first things that most people check on their smartphones in the morning. This was the study done by the above mentioned professional service firm, Deloitte.

According to Deloitte’s mobile consumer survey 2015, about

78% of the respondents owing smartphones said they check their phones within 15 minutes of waking up.

52% of the respondents said they check their phones within five minutes before going to sleep every night

28% look at their devices at least 11 to 25 times a day

22% check their phones at least 26-50 times a day

17% look at their phones at least 51-100 times a day
