Nana Appiah Mensah returned to Ghana today after his prolonged legal battle with a company in Dubai. Some weeks ago, it was reported that the court which was trying his case ordered that NAM 1 be paid a sum of $39million as payment for gold he supplied to a company.
Upon his arrival in Ghana, he is reported to have being handed over by Interpol Dubai to Ghana’s Interpol in order that the Criminal Investigations Department continue with their investigation.
The Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold, Mr. Nana Appiah Mensah is in the custody of the CID/HQ.
