The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has declared 7 days of national mourning from Friday, 13th November to Friday, 20th November to honor the memory of the late former President Rawlings.
The President has again directed all national flags in all parts of the country to fly at half-mast for the next seven days.
In a statement released today, the first gentleman added that he had suspended his political campaigns during the same period.
