Ghanaian singer, Mzbel, has broken her silence on the trending leaked audio of a conversation between her and Tracey Boakye.
Yesterday, there was a leaked audio making the rounds on social media which suggests a damning conversation between Mzbel and Tracey Boakye about ‘papa no’.
In the 7min 10secs audio, Tracey who was at the other end of the phone call with Mzbel accused her of allegedly controlling the social media account of ‘Papa no’ and subsequently creating pseudo accounts to tarnish her image.
However, in a new video today, Mzbel confirmed that the leaked audio is truly a conversation they had and it was Boakye who called her.
According to her, why should anyone believe what Tracey said because she believes she only called her to brag that she’s closer to Mahama.
She questioned why she will even record a private conversation in the first place.
“If it’s not motivated by ill intentions then why will you record a private call with someone, why will you wait 2 days to the election for the audio to even come out. Why are we so wicked” she quizzed
Mzbel’s confession is however contrary to Tracey’s, who denied knowledge of the supposed leaked audio — branding it as fake.
