Nigerian-born British boxer, Anthony Joshua was in Nigeria yesterday. The popular heavyweight boxer who recently lost his world title to Andy Ruiz Jr was seen in a slum in Lagos called Makoko.
Joshua’s visit is as a result of Slum2School Africa, a volunteer driven organization which provides education to children living in slums and remote communities across Africa.

The Slum2School Africa project was founded by Otto Orondaam and he took Joshua on a tour of the Makoko community to meet with the residents.
During the visit, one of the kids asked Joshua why he boxes for Britain instead of Nigeria.
