Osarfo Anthony, the editor who was arrested for allegedly trying to extort money from Asamoah Gyan to put his sekxtape saga to rest has opened up on the issue. Speaking in an interview with Dr Can on Happy FM’s Showbiz Extra, the writer revealed how his name was tarnished by Asamoah Gyan and his team.
According to him, a video of Asamoah Gyan with a lady in very suggestive positions doesn’t exist — at least not to his knowledge but the lady in contention claims she has such a video.
Osarfo also revealed how he was betrayed by Asamoah Gyan and his team, according to him Asamoah Gyan sent a man called Nii to him to kill the story and in their meeting revealed their intentions of meeting the lady personally but wanted a fair idea of how much she will take to put the stories to rest. So acting on their behalf, he took the step to solicit from the lady that information until they turned things around to accuse him of extortion.
