It’s only a handful of people who’ll report the over payment of salary as an anomaly. Afterall, acts of integrity seems to have lost it’s value in this increasingly perverse gemeration.
However, a Twitter user by the name Henry Terry who dared to be different irrespective of the financial challenges he was going through has received a reward he didn’t envisage.
He ‘shockingly’ reported to his employers(Electro House Ghana) that his January salary was overpaid only to be informed by his employers that it was a test of his integrity. And as a result, it’s going to be maintained as his new monthly salary.
His rare act of integrity caught the attention of a lot of Twitter users including Nigerian actress, Kate Henshaw.
So well, doing what’s right when none’s watching still pays!
