In what was a shock transfer of last season, Kevin Prince Boateng was loaned from Sassuolo to F.C Barcelona. Although, he knew that his game time was going to reduce drastically, K.P Boateng still made the move. At the expiration of his loan deal with Barcelona, he was transferred to Fiorentina.
K.P Boateng only managed three appearances during his time at the Camp Nou and to that effect, he has stated that it wasn’t very satisfying.

“It was a lovely experience in Barcelona, working with the best in the world, but it wasn’t very satisfying. At my age, it was worth it, as at least I can say that I played at Camp Nou alongside Lionel Messi”.
