American rapper, Rick Ross is expected to arrive in Ghana tonight (Thursday) for the Detty Rave concert.
Rick Ross is one of the headline acts expected to grace this year’s Detty Rave concert.
Information reaching EonlineGH.com indicates that the celebrated rapper will touch down at the Kotoka International Airport later tonight.
The 2019 Detty Rave concert is slated to come off at Untamed, Spintex Road, next to Empire Concrete in Accra.
Other artistes billed to perform include South Arica’s Busiswa, Jamaica’s Kranium and Koffee, a Trinidadian singer, Machel Montano and Nigerian artistes: Simi and Joeboy.
Rick Ross will become the latest celebrity to visit Ghana as a part of government’s flagship programme, The Year of Return.
A host of superstars including including Idris Elba, Michael Jai Whyte and Cardi B have already visited the country.
It is also believed that Beyonce is in the country.
With respect to Ross’ coming, we can only hope that there’ll be no “chichinga” brouhaha this time around.
