The Founder and General Overseer of Life Assembly Worship Centre, Reverend Christian Kwabena Andrews, known mostly as Osofo Kyiri Abosom, has made an unexpected statement with regard to the authenticity of the Bible.
Most Christians are of the view that the Bible is a powerful book which was inspired by the creator, God. However Osofo Kyiri Abosom’s opinion on that issue is absurd – considering that he’s none other than a Pastor. Call it blatant honesty?
In an interview with Zion Felix on the ‘Uncut Show’, Osofo Kyiri Abosom was of the view that contrary to a lot of believes, there’s no power in the Bible.
In his candid opinion, Kyiri Abosom rather described the Bible as a history book which is meant to serve as a guide.
He also said that another purpose of the Bible is to prove that God really exists.
Kyiri Abosom also explained that the Bible isn’t to be followed blindly/ literally and in defence of his opinion, questioned why the followers of God aren’t eating locusts like John The Baptist did.
In short, not everything that was done in the Bible is supposed to be practiced.
