The two most trending songs in Ghana now is arguably”Bie gya”, and with the controversies surrounding it, Criss Waddle and Shatta Wale’s songs of the same title has managed to climb to the top of the music charts.
Shatta who claimed to have released the original “bie gya” song accompanied it with yet another controversial video which got him trending for days. The self acclaimed King of dancehall music appeared in his music video wearing a fake Addidas hoodie.
Fast forward, AMG boss, Criss Waddle who also wants to ride on the trending controversies sorrounding his video has given an estimation of how much he is shooting the “bie gya” video for.
Criss Waddle who is currently in the States shooting visuals to his controversial song featuring BET award-winner Stonebwoy revealed that the video was budgeted at $20,000. The $20,000 includes the director’s cost, the hiring of helicopter, hiring of expensive cars for the video and more.
Stonebwoy is currently busy with some International duties and will soon join in to shoot his part of the video.
According to the management of AMG, they don’t engage themselves in cheap stuff, and as well they want to take video in Ghana to a different level all together, and that’s why they are going all out to spend the whooping $20,000 on the Bie gya video.
