Media General’s TV3 Network is undoubtedly one of the leading TV stations in Ghana.
Until recently, TV3 was the most-watched TV network in Ghana. The Adesa We based network currently has the best of programming and highly trained presenters who make TV watching exciting.
The station which tags itself as a leader in News and Entertainment currently has some of the finest female presenters in the country.
Most young Ghanaians love to watch TV3 because of these presenters due to their excellent presenting skills, great command over the Queen’s language and their astonishing beauty.
This article has the photos and profiles of 15 pretty and talented presenters on TV3 who host different shows on Ghana’s favourite TV network.
1. Berla Mundi
She is a young and very skilled TV presenter who joined TV3 from GHOne TV. She currently hosts ‘The Day Show‘ and is a co-host of TV3’s morning show ‘New Day’.
Berla is loved by many for her great speaking skills and versatility. She holds a degree in Psychology from University of Ghana (UG), Legon.
2. Anita Akua Akuffo
She is a former Miss Malaika contestant and a great personality to watch on TV. In January this year, she made a big move from GHOne TV to TV3.
She is a co-host of ‘The Ladies Circles’ and ‘Date Rush’ on TV3. She holds a BA in Communication Studies from Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ)
3. Mzgee
Known in real life as Gloria Akpene Acquah, Mzgee is one talented entertainment presenter who is very knowledgeable in her field.
She currently hosts ‘Showbiz 927’ and also hosts the entertainment segment on ‘New Day’. She is a graduate of GIMPA.
4. Natalie Fort
Most people love to watch her anchor news on TV3 and she is just 24 years of age.
She attended Ghana International School (GIS) and Merton International School (MIS). She is also an alumnus of Accra Film School. She is a regular Newscaster on TV3’s main news show, ‘News 360’.
5. Benedicta Gafah
She is a well known Ghanaian actress and joined TV3 as a co-host of ‘Music Music’ show.
She attended Presby Girls’ SHS and African University College of Communications.
She has a charity foundation, ‘Gafah Foundation’ that helps support the less privileged in society.
6. Michelle Attoh
She recently joined TV3 as the new host of ‘Today’s Woman’. She has over 20 years experience in media.
Michelle is related to Ghanaian actor, Chris Attoh. She is a great actress too and her recent Ghanaian movie was ‘Bad Luck Joe’.
7. Abena Korkor Addo
She is a graduate of UCC and a co-host of ‘The Ladies Circles’ on TV3. She is the founder of Psychosocial Africa – an organization that specializes in solving mental health problems in Ghana and across Africa.
8. Ayisha Yakubu
She is a regular Newscaster on TV3. Ghanaians love her for her simplicity and she is gradually becoming a big ‘name’ in Ghana’s media space. She is a graduate of GIJ.
9. Chrystal Kwame-Aryee
She is a graduate of Achimota School and holds a degree in Marketing from UG, Legon.
She currently hosts ‘Battle of the Sexes’ and is also a co-host of ‘The Ladies Circles’. She used to work with Uncle Ebo Whyte’s Roverman Productions as a stage actress.
10. Dela Michel
She joined TV3 from GHOne TV where she worked as a reporter and newscaster in April this year. She is an alumnus of UG and Zenith University College.
11. Nana Akua Mensah
She is a graduate from GIJ and also holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Wisconsin University College of Ghana.
She is a business news reporter on TV3 and she currently produces ‘Business Focus’ – a show that takes insights on business in Ghana.
12. Portia Solomon Gabor
She is a news anchor and a producer on TV3. She holds a diploma in Communication Studies from Africa University College of Communications and a degree in Psychology from UG.
13. Juliet Bawuah
She is a renowned sports journalist who got nominated for the Sports Media Pearl Awards in 2015.
She is the founder of Africa Women’s Sports Summit – a mentorship event on greater female inclusion in the African Sports ecosystem.
14. Wendy Laryea
She joined TV3 in 2008 and currently works as a producer and newscaster. In 2016, she was named as part of Ghana’s Top 30 under 30 Young Piooners – Future of Ghana Publication, MeFiRi Ghana.
15. Maria Yayra Mensah
She is currently the youngest presenter at TV3. She joined ‘Talented Kidz’ as a co-host and so many Ghanaians are loving her for her excellent presenting skills on television.
