It seems the breakup between Sister Derbie and Medikal really got to her and she isn’t taking it cool either.
The model and musician has today released a song titled “kakalika love” to address her sour relationship with the AMG rapper.
“Kakalika” is a modern Gadangme language which simply means cockroach. The artwork to the song depicts two cockroaches, subtly representing the love between Fella and Medikal as Fella’s huge butt is greatly represented.

On the song, Sister Derbie talks about how Medikal told her she was the only one for him, and that he wasn’t like the other guys but ended up deceiving her.
“Don’t lie to me”, Sister Derbie choruses in the song as she talks about how Medikal and Fella hid behind her back like cockroaches just to cheat. She also mentioned how she’s not affected by the whole break up because she knows Medikal will do the same thing to Fella.
