Musician Patapaa stormed out of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards which came off at the AICC after losing out to Fancy Gadam in the Most Popular Song Of The Year category.
The musician who was nominated in the highly contested category felt disappointed and cheated when he didn’t emerge winner. This happens to be the second nomination he lost out to Fancy Gadam on the night. Pataapa’s “One Corner” lost out to Fancy’s “Total Cheat” in both the Song of the year and the Hiplife song of the year categories.
However, losing out on the song of the year was the last straw that broke the camel’s back, forcing him to make his exit from the auditorium before the end of the event.
