Algeria booked it’s place in the AFCON final for the first time since 1990…..Then the Government announced that Algerians who make the trip to Cairo needn’t purchase tickets. All they needed to do was to show their green passport at the turnstiles and bang, they can enter to watch the game.
It’s some hours to kick-off, yet the desire of Algerians to see their country win the AFCON is so huge.
DZ Football has already reported that there are over 10, 000 Algerian fans in the Cairo Stadium.
